In the first sample for Isaiah chapter 11, the Lord makes a connection to the 11th Christian book with God giving the ability to judge with wisdom and understanding.

ISAIAH 11:2, 3, 4
2 And the spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding
3…he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of his ears:
4 But with righteousness shall he judge

I KINGS 3:9-12
9 Give therefore thy servant an understanding heart to judge thy people, that I may discern between good and bad…
11 And God said unto him, Because thou hast… asked for thyself understanding to discern judgment;
12 Behold, I have done according to thy words: lo, I have given thee a wise and an understanding heart…

In the second sample, the Lord makes a connection to the 11th Jewish book with the parting of water and having men cross over on dry ground.

ISAIAH 11:15
And the LORD shall… shake his hand over the river… and make men go over dryshod
16…like as it was to Israel in the day that he came up out of the land of Egypt.

II KINGS 2:8
8 And Elijah took his mantle… and smote the waters, and they were divided… so that they two went over on dry ground.
