Another amazing thing about the Isaiah connections is found in the arrangement of the 39 books of the Old Testament. God had the Christians assemble the first seven books of the Old Testament in the same order as the Jews. The remainder of the books are arranged differently by Jews and Christians. Incredibly, every chapter of Isaiah has connections linking to both the Jewish and the Christian order of books. Many times both are connected using the same verse from Isaiah.

This is the order of the Old Testament Books

EZRA – 15th Christian Book
…so that there should be no remnant nor escaping? (Ezra 9:15)

HOSEA – 15th Jewish Book

Later in this study, you can also see at least one chapter connection for every book of the Old Testament in the Jewish order along with the Christian order.

These connections testify that God had His hand on the Jews and the Christians, as they were assembling the inspired books of the Bible. It also shows that God chose the Jews to be the stewards of His word, knowing He would later work through the followers of His Christ (the Messiah). There are several verses in Isaiah AFTER chapter 39 that predict the Gentiles would be enlightened.

Example:

(Isaiah 60:3) And the Gentiles shall come to the light
(Isaiah 42:6) I the LORD have called thee in righteousness… for a light of the Gentiles;

Then in the 42nd book of the Bible, God makes a connection with:
(Luke 2:32) A light to lighten the Gentiles, and the glory of thy people Israel.

On the next page is additional proof that the Bible is the word of God…
