OBADIAH 3 The pride of thine heart hath deceived thee, thou… that saith in his heart, Who shall bring me down to the ground?
ISAIAH 31:3 …when the LORD shall stretch out his hand, both he that helpeth shall fall, and he that is holpen (helped) shall fall down…
The book of Obadiah only has one chapter, but has several connections.
In the second sample for Isaiah chapter 31, the Lord makes a few connections to the 31st Christian book with God’s fire devouring the heathen, as He defends & delivers mount Zion.

In the third sample for Isaiah chapter 31, the Lord makes several connections to the 31st Jewish book with:
• People from Israel who go to a foreign country for help, rather than looking to the Lord.
• The LORD’s hand go out against these people.
• The people turning from this world, back to the LORD.
